FAQs
Colt requires all clients obtain a physician order for therapy services; however, we do not require an order for consultations. We are able to assist with aquiring physician orders if needed
We do accept private pay. No checks allowed. We also offer payment plans pending administrative approval
Colt does not have a waitlist for therapy services. If we do not have staff available to take you within two weeks of your referral, we will provide you with an alternate provider list
We are in contract with various insurance companies and are continuing to broaden our network. Please complete the contact form and provide the name of your insurance company within the message and we will reach out to you regarding your inquiry.
Home health care usually requires the need for skilled nursing care and is covered under medicare part a services. Home health care requires that the client is homebound and/or requires the assistance of another person to leave the home. Home based is services provided within the home without the necessity of skilled nursing care and can be covered under medicare part b and medicaid services.
We are currently providing care within the client’s natural environment (home, alf, daycare, dayhab, etc.) colt is in the process of opening a stand-alone location tentatively late 2021. Look for updated details on the opening on our website.
